As part of the European Commission’s contribution to the work programme of the European Platform on Combating Homelessness (hereafter “the Platform”), it organizes a series of mutual learning activities in the 2022 – 2024 period, with the aim to reinforce the sharing of practices on the various approaches to combat homelessness in the EU Member States.

In this context, the European Commission is organizing the third mutual learning event on social and healthcare services for homeless people, with examples from France, Germany, the Netherlands and Poland.

The event will take place in Brussels fully in presence on 27 March 2023 (full day), followed by a meeting of the Platform on the next day - 28 March 2023 (for half a day).

The mutual learning event and Platform meeting are open to all Platform members, and addressed in particular to national authorities.

The objective of the mutual learning event is to share knowledge and practices to inform policy makers and other intervening actors on different approaches for the design of homelessness mitigating measures at national level.
